BRIEFINGS

  • Tuition Assistance Briefings are scheduled the 1st Tuesday of the month at 1400 and the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 0900. TA Briefings are mandatory for first-time TA users and those who have not used TA within a year.
  • SkillBridge Briefings are scheduled the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 0900. Anyone wanting to complete SkillBridge must attend the briefing. Having attended TAP is mandatory as well.
  • Unit Briefings on any topic. Email us to schedule your briefing.

Our Base/Formal Training manager is the focal point for military developmental programs, formal schools quota management, enlisted military OJT programs, enlisted specialty programs, and ancillary training.  Our Schriever BTM/FTM helps to support 3F2 Unit Training Managers and Commander appointed Additional Duty UTMs manage their units training alongside our Base Functional 3F2 Training Manager.

EJPME I, EJPME II, and GATEWAY (Joint Billets for E6/E7) Certificate updates:  Please send a copy of your EJPME/GATEWAY Certificate to the Military Formal Training Manager and Education Center Team at 50FSS.FSD.EDOffice@us.af.mil.  You will receive an email confirmation when the completed training has been updated in MilPDS.  Once the information is updated in MilPDS, it can take up to 14 duty days for the AMS update to reflect on a members SURF (since that is not a real time system).  Please refer to myFSS Knowledge Article 5748 (Developmental Education/Professional Military Education Course Completion – Records Update).  You can also refer to article 6753 (Base-Level Military Personnel Data System Updates for Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education Completion).
